仕事内容
- To manage and coordinate scheduling for researchers
- To update client related records/lists
- To assist researcher in administrative tasks (e.g. answering calls on behalf of researcher, printing materials, etc)
- To prepare and send research publications/presentations to clients and internal staff
- To handle/manage expense related tasks for research team
- Assist in updating excel data sheets (including updating graphs) and PowerPoint presentation slides
- To back up other assistants in GMD, when necessary
- Assist in responding to ad-hoc requests from clients and internal counterparties in coordination with research members
